More On.... "Stuck In Neutral"

Hello My Fellow Readers!

Glad you came back to check out more on my book "Stuck In Neutral"!  With more on what I've been reading, Shawn said he had some good and bad news going on in his life? The good news was in my last blog. So if you haven't read it, you HAVE TO TOTES GO GO BACK AND READ IT.  Anyways, the bad news is, well, Shawn thinks his dad is planning to kill him.  On page 12, Shawn says, " This bad news is complicated, difficult to explain.  In a nutshell, it's that I am pretty sure my dad is planning to kill me."  I wasn't sure to believe this little thought that Shawn thought or not. But I guess I'll have to wait and see when I dig into my book more and find out!

I thought I would do something a little bit different other than just conflicts and such all the time.  So for today, I'm going to be talking about the Point of View in the book "Stuck In Neutral".  I think the book is in written in a First Person Point of View.  I know this because I noticed that there were the words I and me. Usually when a book is written with those to words, it's a book in the first person point of view.  For example, in the book it Shawn said, " His eyes seemed locked onto mine at that moment  when life left him; I wasn't watching a dog then, I was looking at the death looking back at me."  In one point of the book, Shawn was talking about how he came to a point where he wasn't sure what to think about death, he just knew how he felt about it.  This was because of something that happened to him that made him encounter the looks of death, and I can tell you, Shawn didn't like it.  At all.
